Former President John Kufuor�s Spokesperson, Frank Agyekum, has told Radio XYZ that those national executive members of the main opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) who are clamouring for the Party�s twice-defeated Flagbearer to run for a third time, are drowning men clinging to straw to save their own �dwindling� political fortunes.
