Stephen Asamoah Boateng, one of the leading members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) who strongly kicked against the proposal that sitting NPP Members of Parliament should be allowed to go unopposed in the party�s primaries ahead of the 2016 elections, has attributed the decision by the National Executive Council (NEC) to summarily dismiss the idea as �the will of God�.
