MP for Essikado-Ketan, former Attorney-General and Minister of Justice and currently the Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Hon. Joe Ghartey, has called on the family of the late Professor A.P.K Kludze, at his residence in Hohoe in the Volta Region to commiserate with them on the passing of the learned professor.
