Alhaji Nii Markwei Dawda, the Kwesimintsim constituency propaganda secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has told Daily Guide that there is no way NDC can win the Kwesimintsim and Effia constituencies in any general elections if the Effia constituency chairman of the party, Mohammed Alidu continues to be in office.
