Former Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), Tsatsu Tsikata says former President John Kufuor was virtually a �debt collector� for French Bank Societe Generale (SG) as far as the Corporation's indebtedness to the Bank was concerned.
