A twenty-seven-year-old teacher, Seth Akese has been arrested by the Akyeam Oda Divisional Police Command for attempting to slash the throat of a taxi driver, Kwasi Frimpong, 36, at Osorase in the Lower West Akyeam Municipal of the Eastern Region.
