An aspiring National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Paul Afoko on Friday led a 15-member delegation of Central Regional Executives to visit four members of the party who were incarcerated in the Northern Region over violence in the 2008 general elections which resulted in the death of one person.
