Mr. Stephen Ntim, an aspiring National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has been ascribed by a member of the Communication Team of the party as the missing link that binds supporters of the party in the Brong Ahafo (BA) region to sealing the deal of winning power for the party in 2016 elections.
