Members of the Movement for Power and Good Governance (MOPAGG), a youth wing of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), have made strong appeal to delegates of the National Congress scheduled to take place in Tamale, to elect competent, selfless, dedicated , disciplined and courageous national leaders.
