A group, calling itself the Young Democrats, has called on President John Dramani Mahama to appoint a District Chief Executive to manage the Sissala East district in the Upper West Region. According to the group, the delay in nominating a DCE could affect the development of the district, and appealed to all stakeholders to help in the confirmation of any person the President nominates as DCE for the area.
