The Western Regional Minister, Paul Evans Aidoo, has charged the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly (STMA) and the city�s Mayor, Capt (Rtd) Anthony Cudjoe, to ensure that the city is decongested by the end of this month.
