The voting out of Mr. Kwadwo Owusu-Afriyie, alias "Sir John," by the New Patriotic Party (NPP) delegates at the party's recent Tamale delegates' conference, goes far beyond the question of whether or not Sir John had performed his job as General-Secretary creditably, for surely he had.
