The Great Asaman Kani Royal Family of Kumasi in the Ashanti Region, which owns most lands in the city and its environs, has initiated a legal action against a number of state institutions for allegedly conniving and fraudulently paying a whopping GH�110 million as compensation to two persons who are not members of the family.
