The decision by the Western Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Dickson Atta Nketsiah, popularly known as �Kendicks�, to appoint a personal secretary to handle secretarial matters for him at the party regional office, has led to serious cracks in the party.
