The Deputy General Secretary of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) Mr Kofi Adams who also doubles as the official spokesperson for former President Rawlings has hinted he will quit his position as the official spokesperson for the former president to enable him serve the NDC fully and help it to retain power come 2016.
