THE MYSTERY surrounding the payment of �34,758,343.33 (GH�3.4m) to Nana Emmanuel Wood by the state is still shrouded in secrecy as witnesses from the Attorney General�s Department, the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning and the Controller and Accountant General�s Departments all failed to provide proof of the said payment.
