Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur joined hundreds of mourners from all parts of Ghana at Seikwa to the funeral of Obaapanin Hagar Akosua Afra, mother of Mr Johnson Asiedu-Nketia, General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
