The Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Ade Coker has described as �frivolous� and �vexatious� the decision by an Accra Fast High Court to restrain the party from organizing the youth, women and executive elections in the Ningo Prampram Constituency.
