The chairman of the Grounds, Events and Logistics sub-committee of Ghana�s participation in the 2014 World Cup, Mr Horace Ankrah has told the Justice Dzamefe Commission that he was not given the chance to explain how GHȻ34 changed to $35 when he appeared before it on Tuesday.
