The two sureties; Mr. Joel Nettey, President of Advertizing Association of Ghana and Mustapha Ghande, Personal Assistant to the National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC)who stood in as guarantors to secure bail for a Canadian businessman called Mathias Jude Allistair in an alleged $4 million fraud case against the latter at the Police Headquarters was last Friday granted bail of Gh�500,000 with two sureties each.
