President and Chairman of Groupe Nduom (GN) companies, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, has re-emphasised the need for the country to start implementing the policy of Free Compulsory Universal Basic Education (FCUBE) but upgrade it to cover Senior High School (SHS) education.
