The Central Regional Minister, Mr Aquinas Tawia-Quansah, has described the recently jailed District Chief Executive (DCE) for Twifo Atti-Morkwa (TAMDA), Mr Bossman Osei Hyiamang Jnr, as a hero who sacrificed himself for the development of his people.
