THE TEI-NKWANTA community near Koforidua in the Eastern region was thrown into a state of confusion and shock on Wednesday when the dead body of a forty-year-old woman, Dede Victoria, was abandoned half-naked on the street by the husband and family who hail from Obogu near Konongo in the Ashanti region.
