The campaign for better discipline and cleaner environment, embarked upon by the late Vice-President, Alhaji Aliu Mahama, last week received a shocking slap from the stalwarts of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), when the party boycotted a sanitation day named after him on the altar of political expediency.
