Two persons who recently won top positions in the recent internal elections of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) have a big headache now. The two – Mr. Kofi Portuphy, the National Chairman and Mr. Allotey Jacobs, the Central Regional Chairman have seen the progress of the party losing the Central Regional seat of Agona East unfolding before them but seem powerless to act!
