The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has said that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the party’s vice presidential candidate for the 2016 general elections, has been vindicated by Ms. Christine Lagarde, Managing Director of the International Monetary fund (IMF), over his (Bawumia’s) recent diagnosis of Ghana’s ailing economy.
