Leader and Founder of the United Progressive Party (UPP), Akwasi Addai Odike has accused the ruling National Democratic Congress [NDC] and the opposition New Patriotic Party [NPP] for sharing monies to electorates in Talensi ahead of the July 7, by-elections.
