A close-out meeting held to share the accomplishments of the SCASO (Strengthening Community Care and Support for Orphans and Vulnerable Children) project has revealed that Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVCs) could have better chances to quality life if state institutions responsible for their care are well resourced to carry out their mandate.
