The Daily Guide newspaper, owned by the First National Vice-Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Freddie Blay, has taken a swipe at the General Secretary of the NPP, Kwabena Agyepong, calling him arrogant, hypocrite, paranoid and “a mere dwarf” whose political career was currently in an abyss.
