The Volta Regional branch of the United Cadres Front (UCF) of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) on Tuesday said submissions at the Ghana at 50 Commission of Enquiry, which has revealed that many of the anniversary souvenirs sent to the Volta Region were given to people in the region free could not be true.
