The Managing Editor of the Insight Newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr., has offered a piece of unsolicited advice to Major (rtd) Courage Quarshigah, former Minister of Health in the NPP Administration, not to even consider contesting the flagbearer position of the party.
