Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the 2016 presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party, says the leadership of the National Democratic Congress has lost the argument on the need for a new voters� register for the 2016 elections, and, with no superior arguments to make, are now desperately whipping up tribal sentiments against the NPP.
