Mr Rashid Pelpuo, Minister of State-in-Charge of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) on Wednesday advised Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) to seek technical advice from the PPP Secretariat before engaging in any agreement with the private sector on the concept.
