Some branch executives and supporters of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Cape Coast South Constituency of the Central Region have threatened to vote �skirt and blouse� in the 2016 general election if the executives of the party prevent a 36 year old banker, Mr Thomas Hughes Amissah from contesting the primaries for the seat of the Member of Parliament (MP) for the area.
