The Ministry of Youth and Sports (MOYS) in partnership with Thumbay Group of Companies, United Arab Emirates (UAE), has signed a preliminary Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), that will see the Azumah Nelson Sports Complex undergo a major facelift.
