Bismark Tetteh Nyarko, a chartered accountant who is contesting in the parliamentary primaries of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Upper Manya Krobo Constituency, will today appear before Koforidua Circuit Court ‘B’ to answer questions on why he allegedly forged the signatures of over 30 branch executives on his nomination papers.
