The Ejisu constituency chairman of the ruling National Democratic Congress ( NDC) in the Ashanti Region, Eugene Agyarko, is kicking against the re-appointment of Afrifa Yamoah Ponkoh as the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Ejisu Juaben.
