The acting Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Mr. Freddie Blay, says the John Mahama-led National Democratic Congress government has set up a slush fund, whose sole purpose is to aid in the fomenting of trouble in the NPP, thereby damaging the party ahead of the 2016 election.
