The Minority Spokesperson on Energy and Mines, Mr K.T Hammond says the former Public Affairs Manager of the Ghana National Petroleum Commission(GNPC), Esther Cobbah had no basis to make claims for any entitlements now after she rejected a redundancy package government paid her in the year 2001.
