Presidential Advisor on Governance and Corruption, Daniel Batidam says the mistake most Ghanaians make when it comes to the issue of corruption, is to personalize issues and narrow-mindedly manner argue the canker is caused by government, instead of discussing dispassionately what resulted in the country being ranked as the second most corrupt country in Africa.
