Eleven persons, including five soldiers, who allegedly kidnapped Mr. Albert Mmegwa, Managing Director (MD) of Intercontinental Bank and his driver, Mr. Richard Makumator, were on Wednesday slapped with fresh charges when they appeared before a Fast Track High Court in Accra.
