A lecturer at the History and Political Science Department of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Dr Samuel Adu-Gyamfi, has labeled the 2016 flag bearer of the opposition New Patriotic Party, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, a democratic dictator.
