The Presidential Candidate of the Independent People’s Party (IPP), Mr. Percival Kofi Akpaloo in his New Year message to Ghanaians has stated the 2016 will be very challenging economic year due to overburden debts, dumsor-dumsor, declining Cedi and lower consumer spending.
