Mr. Kwesi Ahwoi, Minister of Food and Agriculture, on Friday inaugurated the National Programme Steering Committee of the Northern Rural Growth Programme (NRGP) in Tamale and charged it to oversee the rapid implementation of the economic transformation of the Northern Savanna area.
