A member of the New Patriotic Party's (NPP) Council of Elders, Dr. Kwame Amoako Tuffour has said he will personally ‘kneel’ before Nii Noi Nortey and “beg” him to rescind his decision to contest the Klottey Korley constituency seat as an independent candidate.
