Mr. James Agyenim Boateng, Deputy Minister of Information, on Wednesday assured the family of Frank Yeboah, the 21-year-old man who was shot by a security patrol team at Kokomlemle, an Accra suburb, last Saturday that the perpetrators would be prosecuted.
