The Kyebi Executive Council has banned the Eastern Regional Chairman and Regional Youth Organizer of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) Bismarck Tawiah Boateng and Apau Haruna Owiredu from visiting the Okyehene’s palace (Ofori Panin Fie).
