Mr Opoku Manu, Ashanti Regional Minister, has asked Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies to be assertive and demand explanation for various sums of money deducted from their shares of the District Assemblies� Common Fund (DACF) by the Administrator of the Fund.
