The opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) may have decided to delay the launch of its manifesto until the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) has outdoored theirs, but the party’s running mate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia seems to have provided Ghanaians a glimpse of what the party's manifesto will entail.
