Parliamentarians in Africa have been urged to be mindful of the fact that the Sustainable Development Goals and Agenda 2063 can hardly be achieved by Africa if the citizenry who Parliamentarians represent are not involved in the planning and measuring of the results of the programs and activities that affect their lives.
